Abstract

Determining the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the psychological service in the system of general education and secondary vocational education of the Russian Federation is one of the urgent tasks, the solution of which will allow us to study the current state of the psychological service and determine the promising directions of its development. The approbation of the criteria for the effectiveness of the psychological service was carried out in 2 stages. As part of the first, a survey of expert groups of methodological associations of 8 subjects of the Russian Federation was conducted: the Republic of Tatarstan, Perm Krai, Khabarovsk Krai, Lipetsk Region, Moscow Region, Novosibirsk Region, Samara Region, Sverdlovsk Region. The total number of experts was 319 people. A specially designed questionnaire was used as a tool to get information about the importance of criteria and its parameters, the ease of providing information on the selected criteria. At the second stage, the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the psychological service were presented for discussion to the expert community of the Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University. As part of the analysis of the results of the approbation, the issue of the expediency of using the criteria of quality and accessibility of psychological assistance to participants in educational relations as the main ones when monitoring the effectiveness of psychological services in the system of general education and secondary vocational education in the subjects of the Russian Federation is discussed.
