Experience of using moderation technology to organize the activities of education specialists of the municipal districts of the Trans-Baikal Territory in dealing with the crisis situations
Abstract
The work is a description of the experience of using moderation technology, implemented since 2020 in the educational space of the Trans-Baikal Territory for organizational and methodological support of participants in educational relations in solving crisis situations within the framework of emergency psychological assistance. The use of this technology, according to feedback from all subjects of moderated cases, shows such positive results as: prompt assistance to subjects of crisis situations, taking into account the specific features of a particular situation; remote support for all participants in educational relations; specialists organizing events receive a tool for organizing work, which specifies the algorithm of actions in crisis situations and methodological materials. The use of technology does not involve conducting diagnostic studies. In this regard, the article provides a brief description of the moderation process, “problem areas”, generalized results of work over three years and presentation of experience at events at the regional and federal levels.
