Developing Inclusive Higher Education in Crimea: Stages and Perspectives

The article reveals five stages of development of higher inclusive education in the Crimean region: monitoring, organizational, activity, coordination and renovation. At each stage of the system of training and support of students with disabilities, key areas of work, technology and content are identified. The authors singled out promising vectors for the further development of inclusive education in universities: the creation of a holistic system for the continuous education of children and youth with disabilities in educational institutions; carrying out activities to develop the social activity of students with disabilities; the development of academic mobility of students with visual, hearing and musculoskeletal disorders from different regions of the Russian Federation, taking into account the recreational potential of the Crimea. The presented long-term experience of leading scientists and experts allows to broadcast available scientific and methodical developments to other regions of the Russian Federation and foreign countries.
