Analysis of the Educational Programs Designed for Infants and Early Age Children

Abstract

The article describes six Russian most commonly used educational programs for infants and children in early age. A comparative analysis of programs was conducted in terms of their correspondence to the principles of personality-oriented education based on the criteria developed by the authors. This analysis can serve as a guide for the pre-school carers when choosing a specific program. And also it can help to apply methodological recommendations from different programs, the ones most developed in terms of personality-oriented approach to teaching, in the educational process.
