Effectiveness of Adolescents' Vocational Guidance

The article is meant for professional psychologists - vocational counselors and deals with effectiveness of vocational guidance. An attempt was made on the basis of solving different practical and theoretical tasks to set simple and working but at the same time highly effective criteria. Criteria that can help define accurateness of developmental guidelines for people choosing their way in the professional field, so that these criteria could be used by vocational counselors, psychologists dealing with problems of career guidance and also by the subjects of professional identity formation. This research was carried out since there is a need for closer analysis of vocational guidance effectiveness in professional education. Research results show main criteria of vocational guidance effectiveness and students' and parents' notions of effective vocational counseling work.
