Network Approach to the Design of Inclusive Educational Environment

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of designing an inclusive educational environment in order to development of accessibility of higher education for persons with disabilities. The authors analyze theoretical and methodological approaches for construction of an inclusive educational environment in the higher school. The article defines the heuristic potential of the network approach for the design of an inclusive educational environment in higher education institutions, provides examples of direct and inverse network effects arising from the use of the network approach in the design of an inclusive educational environment. The authors point out that the resource training and methodological centers for training disabled people rely on network principles in their practical activities, expanding the partner network and providing demanded content to its actors.
