Quantitative Assessment of Degree Formation of Teamwork Skills

Abstract

The article presents a method for quantifying teamwork skills formation using a triangular scheme and mathematical models based on transition probability matrices. The study focuses on analyzing individual and jointly coordinated activities of participants under experimental conditions, involving working on a simulator for jointly controlling an aircraft. Markov chains are used to analyze the results, allowing for detailed analysis of task completion dynamics and identification of key aspects of participant interaction. The findings confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approach to analyzing and improving team coordination.
