Recollection about the Sign of The Most Holy Mother Of God

Abstract

It is the first publication of one of the lists of unreleased monument which is called the Cycle of the Sign. It is also known in the literature as the "Recollection of the Sign of The Most Holy Mother Of God." The introduction gives a brief overview of the history of the formation of the Sign Cycle and outlines the problems of the study of the publishing monument. The article also has made an attempt to evaluate the attribution “Recollection” (which was accepted by L.A. Dmitriyev) to hagiography Pachomius Logofet.
