Psychological rehabilitation of the pulmonary tuberculosis patients in a phase of intensive treatment

Abstract

Lack of effectiveness of treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis in a large extent related to the traumatic psychological illness and treatment. The paper presents the theoretical foundations and practical content of psychological rehabilitation in a phase of intensive treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Competent psychological support of drug therapy reduces the intensity of emotions in patients with mental and physical distress, improved ability to regulate their own status and interpersonal relationships in the hospital.
