'Krab' Technique for Investigating Sociocultural Environment in Organizations: Psychometric Features of Full and Express Versions

Abstract

The paper provides outcomes of psychometric features verification of the tech- nique 'KRAB' developed by Y.D. Krasovsky for exploring sociocultural environment in organizations. The outcomes include the verification data referring to scale consis- tency as well the scales' normal distribution analysis. The paper also describes how the express version of the technique was created: the process involved items selection, scale consistency verification, and a test for normal distribution. The outcomes of test- ing for validity of the 'KRAB' technique are presented as well.
