Psychological errors in the identification of a human face

Abstract

An experimental study of the psychological errors that arise in the recognition of human faces, and are essential for the accuracy of identification in criminal proceedings. It was found that the accuracy of the identification factor influences the verbalization of identification signs. It was revealed that the recognition of close acquaintances is subject to different laws than the unfamiliar. When you close the recognition of familiar people, in addition to individual facial features according to their specific configuration. If there is a significant range in the perception of recognizable face image memory, which is a support for the recognition, averaged, causing errors “similarity”
