On the Development of a Modern Model for Ensuring Information and Psychological Security

127

Abstract

An analysis of modern scientific trends in the study and development of measures to ensure information and psychological security to counter threats and dangers in the framework of the information and psychological war waged against Russia is presented. Criticism was carried out in relation to the current "security and protective model of counteraction", initially doctrinally substantiated by lawyers and included in domestic legislation on security.  The prospects of the approach based on the interdisciplinary "preventive-cultural model" are shown, where the system-forming ones are psychological predictors reflecting the role of subjective activity of individual and group subjects. Taking into account the philosophical concept of anthropo-proportionality, the importance of methodological orientation in further research and program-project activities on such imperatives in the implementation of the "preventive-cultural model" of ensuring information and psychological security as preventive-victim and cultural-developmental is substantiated.
