Notes on didactic supervision

Abstract

The essay deals with the problem of didactic supervision in the preparation of psychologists. There is an opinion of the existentiality didactic supervision. Describes the main tasks and functions of supervision and the role of supervisor in the educational process. A model of didactic supervision, which includes the two main systems: a system of consultation, in which the focus is outside the supervisee, and a system of direct supervision, in which there is an opportunity to see the self as an instrument of work. Are stated the specific features of the didactic supervision in the preparation of psychologists and practitioners.
