Continuing Education in Learning Organizations

Abstract

The paper focuses on the developmental reserve capacity in the interaction between continuing education concepts and learning organizations. These reserves are partly localized in the possibility of applying the con- cept of the zone of proximal development to the analysis of organizational means of promoting learning effec- tiveness in employees. The paper discusses the perspectives of the continuing education concept of employees in the context of organizational psychology. The most important aspects of introducing the system of contin- uing education into the life of the organization are the assessment of the latter with the control index of its learning ability, and special programs for overcoming emotional maladaptation in the employees.
