Abstract

The paper indicates key problems in training the managerial staff in the system of social services of Moscow. Unique nature and meaning of manager’s activities in conditions of the system reforming have been demonstrated. Key points in building up and training human resources in Moscow Institute of refreshment training and skills enhancement for managers and specialists of population social security system.
