Manager in the system of organization social management
Abstract
Requirements to manager as a subject of social management are discussed. The paper demonstrates that content of management depends on model of employee applied in manager’s activities. Models of employees used in management, economy and applied psychology are considered. Model of existential orientations of employee as the basis of social management has been substantiated.
