Abstract

The massive use of digital training tools in the educational process contributes to the formation of an integrated digital environment or a digital educational environment that is characterized by the creation of a unified and open information and educational space. Informatization of school education has a significant influence on the organization and conducting of a modern lesson, increasing the amount of information. Electronic devices used in schools are able to provide an information resource base, mobility, interactivity, and remotability. But at the same time, it influences the intensity of students' mental stress and contributes to the central nervous system defatigation if the hygiene regulations are not respected. The research was aimed at the school day organization and learning conditions, psycho-emotional state, and level of neurotization of students in a digital educational environment. The research revealed the current insufficiency of special studies focused on the influence of digitalization on the psychophysiological health of senior secondary school students; in addition, the investigations are elective by their nature: only certain issues of the problem are being studied. The influence of intense intellectual workload on the health of senior secondary school students in the digital educational environment requires in-depth study and hygienic understanding. The article considers the issue of changing the psycho-physiological health of senior secondary school students through research on the daily routine and in-school learning in the digital educational environment.
