The structure of the boundaries I for children 2—10 years

Abstract

The article deals with the structure of the boundaries I as a socio-psychological phenomenon. The modern interpretation of the concept, emphasizes the importance of boundaries when I “embedding” of the child in social relations. Theoretical and empirical analysis allowed to identify the boundaries of these features I like in childhood ac- tivity “feeling” and awareness, regulation, control and protection methods. In a study conducted from 2010 to 2014, took 46 children between the ages of 2 and 10 years. The unit of analysis was transaction between participants. Collecting information was conducted using qualitative methodologies for gathering the most nuanced database regarding these components boundaries I. Statistical analysis showed that identified by author elements I have had significant inter-relations at the level of p <0.01 and p <0.05, which can be considered an evidence of the integrity of the boundaries I phenomenon. The most and less effective types of boundaries are discussed.
