Abstract

The article deals with the development of methodological approaches to the construction of an integrated psychological and psychophysiological examination, as an integrated approach significantly increases the probative value of examination findings compared with homogeneous psychological and psychophysiological (polygraph) examinations. We discuss the possibilities and objective limitations of forensic psychological and forensic psychophysiological (polygraph) examinations in terms of conclusions reliability based on them. We introduce the subject, the object, the task of complex psychological and psychophysiological judicial examination.
