Modeling of Targeted Training and Employment in the System of Pedagogical Education

Abstract

Discussed the problem of target training in higher education. Proposed a new model of selection and target training for psycho-pedagogical activity. Substantiates the mechanism of target enrollment in higher education and training. Argued that the proposed planning process of educators is more accurate, creates an environment of healthy competition among students and provides a competitive basis for the targeted training of the most successful and motivated learners.
