The tasks of a correctional course of mathematics

Abstract

The contribution, basing on an example of the process of studying higher mathematics by students with hearing diffculties, defines and examines the tasks of development and implementation of corresponding correctional course, the neccessity of which is extensively and convincingly justified in the previous contribution of the authors “The idea and justification of subject correctional courses”. In total 20 problem tasks are identified. Solution of each of them during development and implementation of a correctional course supplementing the basic course of higher mathematics studied by students with hearing difficulties and deaf students, will allow such students to reach the level of knowledge of the material which is adequate to the level of regular students.
