Psychological content and factors of incipient professional-development crisies at the early stages of professional activity

Abstract

This article examines the characteristics of professional development in the period of early maturity. We analyze the results of an empirical study of psychological content and factors of the beginning of professional turning points at the beginning stage of professional activity. Characteristics of the subject of activity in view of the situation of professional development are given (“crisis” and “constructive”). Factors contributing to a constructive way of professional development in the period of early maturity are exposed.
